We take your privacy very seriously and carefully protect any and all information entrusted to us. We only collect information that helps us serve you better and that you voluntarily provide. We do not share your information with anyone else by any means including selling, renting, or giving it out at any time unless you've have pre-approved of such sharing in advance.

What Information We Collect

We do not collect any of your information unless you give it to us ~ and then ~ only limited information may be collected when you volunteer the following:

  • your first and last name
    (Don't use your own email service, we provide the message service)
    Click on our safe one-way  "    Wishing Well".

  • your e-mail address
    By providing your e-mail address you may receive future communications from us.
    Look for the  "Wishing Well"  link found on our home page)

  • your street address, city, state and ZIP Code
    (Only needed for registered members who want an item shipped to them)
    (No need to send in the Wishing Well).

  • other pertinent information specific to an event or activity
    (such as a telephone number for UPS shipping labels or other contact information when needed)
    (No need to send in the Wishing Well).

  • your billing or other account details.
    (Only needed for registered members who may want to buy offers from one of our sponsor's websites)
    (Never send in the Wishing Well since we never ask for it nor do we store it. Any payments made are usually via a sponsor's website).

About the Process and Anonymous Wishlists

Only YOU may start the process. Nothing happens unless you click a  "Wishing Well link" to send a brief message telling us your wishlist item(s). Your list will be reviewed by our wishlist campaign management team members and we notify you when we post any new wishlist on our site. Also, we may need to send periodic messages from us with any updates on the status of your wishlist campaign or changes in our services, plus we may have information on upcoming events and new products or services. We don't like spam either, so we won't flood your Inbox. Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time. Remember, when you like to be anonymous, simply include the word, "Anonymous" in your online message you send us. Thank you.

Effective Date

This legal notice about how we respect your personal information is effective as of February 12, 2013 and may be updated from time to time. Please re-check this page periodically for any changes that may be required by law. We will never email you asking for any personal information. Protect your privacy as much as we do.
